DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATION FORM

PC USERS:

To download the form in Netscape Navigator, click on "File" in the menu bar at the upper left of your screen; then choose "Save" in the drop-down menu. Fill out the form in your word-processing program, save the file in ascii (or "DOS text") format, and place the file at the end of an e-mail message.

The process is the same in Internet Explorer except that the drop-down menu item will be "Save as file."

To print this document in either Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, click on "File" in the menu bar; then choose "Print" from the drop-down menu. 

MAC Users: 

In Internet Explorer (5), go to the File pull-down menu. Choose "Save as", then select Plain Text under format, and save the document. Open the document in a word processing program.

In Netscape (4x), go to the File pull-down menu. Choose "Save as", then select Text under format, and save the document. Open the document in a word processing program.

You may also click on Web Page, select All, Copy, and Paste Text into a word processing document.
